A little tip from France led me to this photo on French blog Fubiz, which shows Xbox 360 crashing the recent PS3 launch party in front of the Eiffel Tower by skippering a barge dawning a huge, illuminated Xbox 360 banner past the soirée . While I could care less about either Xbox 360 or PS3– not a gamer (besides Linerider)– I thought this was a pretty profound guerilla marketing display on the part of Xbox 360. In an industry where market share is everything, it looks like the video game giants are pulling out all the stops.
